MTG Final Fantasy Chocobo Bundle Opened Lot

I have an OPENED Magic the Gathering, Final Fantasy Chocobo Bundle lot that includes ONLY the following - The original box (cool art piece), the card storage Chocobo bundle box that looks awesome, Chocobo poster, the interior box cardboard with the cardboard game pieces intact, the Chocobo life counter, the regular foil lands, the bonus card with regular lands, the Paradise Chocobo foil card in mint condition, pulled and sleeved into a top loader and 1 of each Chocobo Track foil land cards, all carefully pulled and sleeved into top loaders. I also threw in some common/uncommon Chocobo cards in case this bundle is going to a Chocobo fan that may be in it for the art and not the game. These are going for $150 sealed. I am asking $60 or best offer for this lot.
