This first edition from 1988 is considered very valuable in this condition.

I have flipped through it and checked it overall. There is little yellowing, and in my subjective opinion, it is in very beautiful condition.
There are no folds, tears, stains, or spine splits (page separation).
The sealed pages have been opened a little roughly (please check the photos).
